Step 1: Book Your Free 3D Design Consultation

Your dedicated team conducts a site evaluation, discussing your vision while assessing soil conditions, elevations, and permit requirements. We create detailed 3D designs that bring your dream pool to life, so you see the finished result before construction begins.

Step 2: Engineering and Permitting

We engineer rebar schedules and hydraulic systems for your specific features, from therapy jets to sheer descents. Building, electrical, and plumbing permits are all handled in-house. Permitting runs up to 45 days in some Boca Raton municipalities, which we build into your schedule.

Step 3: Excavation and Steel

Precision excavation follows your approved layout, with contingencies for hard rock and the high water table that complicates most Florida digs. We then install the reinforced steel framework that forms the structural foundation of your custom pool.

Step 4: Gunite Shell and Systems

Gunite is applied over the steel framework to create a monolithic shell. Plumbing and electrical go in at the same time — skimmers, dual main drains with VGB-compliant covers, returns, and dedicated lines for water features and energy-efficient equipment.

Step 5: Finishing Touches and Final Inspection

Waterline tile, natural stone coping, and your pool deck complete the build, along with automation and custom features. Multiple inspections occur at key stages, with final inspections after the pool is filled and balanced.
